L.A. Fashion Week Spring 2010: Up Next: Emerging L.A. Designers

Recently, at L.A. Fashion Week Spring 2010: Up Next: Emerging L.A. Designers Queenie4ever and Venti Due presented their clothing. I really enjoyed their clothing. The designer for Queenie4ever is 16 year Tatiana Mclane an the designer for Venti Due is Barbara Rosin. All these designers clothing are sold at a trendy Los Angeles boutique located near Farmer’s Market. The owner, Eveline Morel, does her best to support local talent. Here are the pics from the show. Chanel Pret-a-Porter Printemps-Ete 2010

On the Chanel website you can watch all the runway shows. I will watch all of them and then post about them. I'm going to watch them from most recent to the oldest. The most recent is Spring-Summer Ready-to-wear collection which went on October 6, 09. Karl Lagerfeld was inspired by the countryside and Lily Allen who is the face of Karl's new handbag line performs which I think is awesome!!! The clothing was amazing as always and I loved the setting of the show which was at the Grand Palais in Paris. Here is the link to watch the show. Enjoy!!!

Coco Avant Chanel

I really want to see this movie, so i decided to look up the reviews for this movie. Many of the reviews were positive saying that the cast was amazing and that Audrey Tatou was a perfect Gabrielle Chanel but there were some who said that the movie would drag a little and that Audrey Tatou did excessive pouting. But that is just one person's opinion. I can't wait to see it!!!

Lilly Allen for Chanel Coco Cocoon

For Fall/Winter 10 Chanel has a new line that offers handbags, travel bags and small leather goods. The line is called Coco Cocoon.The line reveals turn inside out, the signature Chanel quilted pattern. Lily Allen was chosen for the advertisement campaign which is awesome! Lily Allen doesn't have many hits but she is still beautiful & now on a Chanel Ad. Here are some of the advertisement campaign photos, which were taken by Karl Lagerfeld.

Chanel Sport

I knew Chanel had a boomerang, skis and a guitar but I didn't know that Chanel had a bicycle. The bicycle is part of the Spring/Summer 2008 Collection and it is worth $17,000!!! On the website they also have tennis rackets, fishing poles and a snowboard. So, you can still be fashionably sporty. Here is the Bicycle and other sport equipment from Chanel.
